Cancellation policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following provisions:

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. For business founders, the statutory right of withdrawal also applies if no business has yet been established and participation serves to provide the necessary expertise for deciding whether to start a business.

Please note: You are not entitled to a right of withdrawal if, when making your booking, you expressly agreed that we should begin providing the service or digital content before the end of the withdrawal period, and the service has been fully performed.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. The contract is concluded on the day you receive our order confirmation.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not required (see Appendix 2). You may submit the model form or any other clear statement. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g., by email) send you confirmation that we have received such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

If you requested that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, relative to the total scope of the service.

Consent to the early commencement of the service
